Hi, I'm Aoife 👋
I'm the founder of Happier at Work and the host of the award-winning Happier at Work® podcast. Since 2018 I've been working with global organisations like yours to support their employees to thrive and to reach their full potential through my research-based Happier at Work framework.
When working as a senior leader, I saw so much opportunity to improve how we work. Things like:
- People not fulfilling their potential
- Poor behaviours going unchecked
- The wrong people in the wrong roles
- Poor leadership
I left my 20-year career to pursue a MSc in Organisational Behaviour to better understand the true drivers of (un)happiness at work, and devised my Happier at Work framework during this time.
I have since worked with several large global organisations like Meta, Ciena, Logitech, and HubSpot to drive better retention and engagement among their employees using this framework.
